Ms. Truong graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2017. She was the Senior Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law and was a member of the editorial board for the Virginia Tax Review. As an associate with the Immigration Clinic at UVA Law, Ms. Truong represented undocumented clients in matters of asylum, withholding of removal, and U-Visa. During her first year, she externed for the Honorable John Kennedy Stewart of the San Francisco Superior Court and served as a Research Assistant to Professor Ruth Mason in preparing “Citizenship Taxation” for publication. Her pro bono involvement includes the Innocence Project at UVA Law, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, and Wills for Seniors.
Prior to law school, Ms. Truong completed a dual degree in Political Science and Communications at the University of California, Davis.
Ms. Truong is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
