Our friend and colleague, Professor Myanna Dellinger, is giving a presentation on “Electric Utility Wildfire Liability Reform in California,” at Howarth & Smith on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Questions from the audience will play a major role in the presentation. We are applying to the State Bar, and if there is approval, attendees will get an hour of general MCLE credit.
