Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones played Dame de Havilland—the narrator telling false so-called “confidential secrets.” Suzelle and Don brought a defamation case on Dame de Havilland’s behalf.

The oral arguments in the appeal of the de Havilland v. FX Networks, LLC, et al. case have been confirmed for March 20, 2018 at 1:30 PM in the Law School Building at the University of Southern California, Room 3. A map of the school and where to park is provided below. The room where the hearings will be held has limited seating space, so attendees should plan to arrive as early as possible.
