Mr.
Glaspy earned his B.A. in English from the University of California at
Los Angeles. He received his J.D. from Harvard
Law School, where he was an editor on the Harvard Human Rights
Journal. He is admitted to practice in California, the United
States District Court for the Central District of California, and the
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
