Forti v. General Dynamics
Plaintiffs William Forti and Dolores Blanton, the former General Dynamics
executives, turned to Brian Bubb and Don Howarth of Los Angeles's
HOWARTH & SMITH. According to Howarth, Forti and Blanton retained him
because he has successfully argued other oral contract cases and represented
tobacco heiress Doris Dukes doctor. Harry Demopoulos, in the high-profile
litigation over Dukes will.
