Ms. Winder earned her B.A. in Anthropology
from the University of Utah in 1999. She received her J.D.
in 2006 from the Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law at Arizona
State University.
Ms. Winder is a Vice-Chair of the American
Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
She is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of
