
Ms.
Davis earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of the
Pacific in 1999, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She received her
J.D. in 2001 from McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated
with distinction and was the Chief Managing Editor of The
Transnational Lawyer. Before joining Howarth & Smith, Ms. Davis
served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
of Guam. She is admitted to practice in both California,
Guam and the United States District Court for the District of
Colorado. She is a member of the Los
Angeles County Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers
of America and The Guam Bar.
